Glenn Kohner has more than 15 years of experience in enterprise application development and executive leadership. Prior to founding Vintara in 1997, Glenn was the President of Creative Intelligence Consulting (CIC), a technology-based consulting firm specializing in Enterprise Quality Management (EQM) consulting. While at CIC, Glenn developed an ISO 9000 consulting program that served customers such as IBM, Ernst & Young, and Bayer. Prior to that, Glenn worked as an engineer for USConnect, a developer of enterprise-level EQM software.
A recognized expert in the ISO arena, Glenn has been a featured speaker at key industry events, including COMDEX and Lotusphere. He holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Miami University.
Sergio Mazza has over 20 years of leadership experience in the high technology services field. He spent six years as the President of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), which is responsible for administering and coordinating the United States private sector voluntary standardization system. He was also the President of Memorex North America and Memorex Computer Supplies Worldwide. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Jeffery Porter is the Managing General Partner of Porter Capital Management Co., an investment firm that actively manages a group of funds dedicated to the private and public equity markets. From 1982 to 1992, he served as the General Partner of J. Porter & Co., an SEC registered broker/dealer principally involved in the options market, and also spent time in the corporate finance department of Kidder, Peabody. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University.
